Gather your friends, family and coworkers, and join us for the 13th annual Swinging for the Schools Golf Tournament to support the students, teachers, and schools of the Sierra-Plumas Joint Unified School District.  All proceeds from this event go towards the teacher, school, and district grant program so our Sierra students can have the very best educational experience around.  They deserve no less!

Our schools continue to face losses of funding and programs. We need your help more than ever! Our Tourney benefits over 400 students in Sierra and Plumas counties. We hope to attract more than 100 golfers to our tournament from all over California and Northern Nevada. This is a great opportunity for you to let our golfers know you support quality education for Sierra & Plumas County students. This tournament is such an important and special event for our educational community and it gives everyone an opportunity to have a great day for a really great cause!

When: Saturday, October 5th, 2024 (Registration: 9:00 AM - Shotgun start at 10:30 AM - BBQ dinner & Live Music around 4:00 PM)

Price: $115 per person or $420 ($105 each) for a complete foursome (includes green fees, cart rental, day of golf at the beautiful Plumas Pines Golf Course, a BBQ steak dinner, and the chance to win amazing raffle prizes!)

A La Carte Dinner Price: $25 Adults, $15 Kids 8 & under - BBQ Dinner Tickets (a la carte) with Live Music: Danny Horton Band (4:00PM - 6:00PM) - included in Golf Tourney ticket*

Prizes: Plaques for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners and raffle prizes with winners contacted via phone call at the end of the day’s play; auction at the BBQ dinner with amazing packages and prizes.
